When using Set.fm, live content is recorded as the band plays, and is securely saved to Set.fm’s servers as high quality MP3 files that can be made available for what the firm calls ‘near-instant post-event sales’. Sony Music artists will now be able to use the entire suite of Set.fm Studio software and all features of its marketing and distribution platform.
