Over-the-top (OTT) technology provider Kaltura is to partner with TV app developer 24i Media to offer the SmartTemplate TV everywhere user interface as a new front-end for its platform. Kaltura claims that the integration of the SmartTemplate TV app with its back-end platform means that providers can now launch a full multiscreen OTT service in the fastest time to market available.
