3LAU’s Worst Case to be the first “fan owned” song on blockchain music platform Royal

DJ and cryptocurrency pundit 3Lau will give away 50% of his new song Worst Case’s streaming rights to 333 fans, who will get paid every time someone streams the song. With this move, 3LAU means to demonstrate the capabilities of Royal, which launched with $16 million in seed funding earlier this year. According to 3LAU, Royal was created with the aim of democratizing investment in music.
