Among younger consumers — and particularly African-American and Hispanic users — digital, mobile and social media have emerged as their primary sources of information on the 2016 race. With TV the long-favored advertising platform for presidential candidates, the shift in media habits could have a big impact on how candidates dole out their media budgets.
