The owners of One America News Network, a conservative news channel, are launching an $8-a-month Web TV service Friday night with about a dozen channels, including two other right-leaning news networks: Glenn Beck’s TheBlaze and Newsmax. KlowdTV also will carry Pursuit, a hunting and fishing channel, and GolTV, a soccer channel, said Charles Herring, president of San Diego-based Herring Networks Inc., owner of One America News Network.
