With the big labels at her back, Blondie frontwoman Debbie Harry is joining an industrywide chorus calling for an overhaul of copyright laws in a fight with the Google-owned site.This week Harry will urge President Obama to issue an executive order to close the so-called “safe harbor” loophole, which critics say allows YouTube to operate a giant music streaming service and profit from unlicensed content.
